1. Who We Are

TradeLaneHub ("TradeLaneHub," "we," "us," or "our") operates tradelanehub.com, a directory that connects businesses shipping goods with freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and other shipping logistics companies operating in the United States and select international markets. TradeLaneHub is a directory and lead-generation service — we are not a freight forwarder, customs broker, carrier, or party to any shipment, contract, or transaction between a listed business and a visitor who contacts them.

2. Using the Directory

Anyone may browse listings and submit an enquiry ("Get Matched" or a direct listing enquiry) without creating an account. Businesses that want to publish, edit, or manage a listing must register for a business account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, submitting a listing, or contacting a business through the site, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading business information, or to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.

3. Listings

Businesses submitting a listing are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide — including licensing, bonding, service areas, and the "What We Offer" checklist. TradeLaneHub reviews listings before they go live but does not independently verify licensing, bonding, insurance, or the truth of every claim made in a listing. Verifying a company's credentials before engaging them is the responsibility of the person contacting them.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, policy violations, non-payment, or user reports we determine to be credible.

4. Leads and Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through a listing or the "Get Matched" form, your contact details and message are shared with the business or businesses you're enquiring with so they can respond to you directly. TradeLaneHub is not a party to any resulting communication, quote, contract, or shipment, and we are not responsible for the conduct, pricing, service quality, or outcome of any engagement between you and a listed business.

5. Payments and Packages

Paid listing packages and promotions are billed in US dollars (USD) through PayPal or Razorpay. Package features (image limits, lead limits, badges, and similar) are as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments for listing packages and promotions are non-refundable once a package is active, though we may issue discretionary refunds — contact us directly with any billing question.

6. Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The TradeLaneHub name, logo, and site design are our property. Businesses retain ownership of the content (text, logos, photos) they upload to their own listing, but grant TradeLaneHub a license to display that content on the site and in related promotional contexts (e.g., a featured-listing placement) for as long as the listing remains active.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and its listings are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, licensing status, or reliability of any listed business, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, delayed shipment, customs penalty, or other harm arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any business found through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
